Coming At The End of the Year!

Honouring the Time, Care, and Heart of Our ECA Volunteers

We are delighted to announce that our annual Volunteer Appreciation Tea will be returning at the end of the year. This is a heartfelt tradition dedicated to celebrating the parents, guardians, and community members who generously give their time throughout the year.

Our volunteers help make so many of our programs, events, and activities possible, and this gathering is our way of saying thank you.

What to Expect

Details for this year’s tea will be shared closer to the date, but families can look forward to a relaxed and uplifting celebration. In June 2025 we had a wonderful tea party which also included: 

• Gathering outside the library in a warm, welcoming atmosphere

• Enjoying tea and light finger foods served by members of our school community

• Sitting back and relaxing while classes present poetry recitations in appreciation of our volunteers

ECA thrives because of the dedication and generosity of our volunteers. Whether you helped in the classroom, supported a festival, led a committee, coordinated an event, or assisted behind the scenes, your contributions enrich our school every day.
