Save the Date: ECA Winter Festival Returns January 30!

One of ECA’s biggest and most beloved community events is returning! Mark your calendars for our Winter Festival on January 30.

Each year, our Winter Festival transforms ECA for an afternoon of activities, creativity, entertainment, and plenty of opportunities for our families to spend time together and connect as a community.

A Look Back at Last Year

Last year, we brought the story of Pinocchio to life with a festival inspired by creativity, imagination, and community. Families enjoyed a live puppet show, crafts and activity stations throughout the school, a storytelling corner, our toy and book sale, the ECA Chess Tournament, student creative contests, and, of course, plenty of treats from our cafeteria-style café.

It was an incredible afternoon made possible by the parents, volunteers, students, and staff who helped bring it all together.

What Will This Year Bring?

This year, our Winter Festival Committee is dreaming up an entirely new theme and experience, and we can’t wait to see what they come up with!

While we’re keeping the details under wraps for now, families can look forward to another afternoon centred around fun, creativity, and bringing our ECA community together. More information about this year’s theme, activities, contests, volunteer opportunities, and other festival details will be announced as we get closer to the event.

It Takes a Community

Our Winter Festival is also one of the best examples of what makes the ECA community so special. An event of this size only happens because parents and families volunteer their time, talents, and energy to make it possible.

There will be plenty of opportunities to get involved this year, whether you have an hour to give or want to take on a bigger role. Volunteer opportunities will be shared in the months ahead.
